I'm being pretty real to who I am when I practice. I'm not holding back! Swearing seems to help with easing frustration. There's more chromatic work in this guitar log too.

Sometimes you can add just one note to something you're working on. I feel this approach really helps you get VERY familiar with what you're working on.
