Mile High Shred is transitioning to a new name: The Metronome Method.
This is something I’ve been considering for quite a while. While Mile High Shred has been a big part of my teaching journey, I haven’t been teaching in Denver for several years now — and more importantly, shredding is only a small part of what I actually teach.
Metal is still at the core of everything I do. To me, the riff is king. Learning how to break down difficult riffs and build them back up efficiently ties directly into disciplined metronome training.
If you’ve taken lessons with me or followed my material, you already know how much emphasis I place on using a metronome — not just how to use it, but why it’s the fastest and most reliable way to build speed, accuracy, and control.
The Metronome Method better reflects the system I’ve been teaching and refining for years.
Over the next month, the website, branding, and materials will be updated to reflect this change. Everything else stays the same — same lessons, same approach, same focus on helping you make real progress.
