This guitar exercise uses a reverse gallop rhythm (two 16ths and one 8th note) and moves up one string with each new beat. Huge string skip to start each new bar as you go from the high E down to the low E string.

This was given to a guitar student so they could focus on their speed/tremolo picking while moving across all 6 strings. The finger pattern is basically chromatic since you keep repeating the same pattern and shifting it up the fretboard without staying in any key.
