Triplet Shred Guitar Endurance Exercise in E Minor - 6 Note Groupings

This was given to a guitar student to help them work on their endurance while playing triplets grouped in 6 note patterns. A lot of people refer to something like this as Paul Gilbert sixes. 

If you REALLY want to push your endurance, try going past the recommended 4 repeats.
